Feshar.tv is a free place to draw short looping animations and share them. These are the rules, written plainly. Where the law needs longer words, the plain meaning here is what we intend.

Who runs this

Feshar.tv is operated by Big Cat Animation. You can reach a person at contact@bigcatanimation.com.

Your drawing stays yours

You keep full copyright in everything you draw. Publishing here does not transfer ownership, and nothing on this page is a sale of your work.

What you allow us to do

When you publish a loop, you give Feshar.tv permission to show it and promote it: on this website, and on Feshar.tv's and Big Cat Animation's own social media accounts. That permission is free of charge, worldwide, and lasts for as long as the loop is published here.

Where it is practical we will show your name with your work. On social media we will credit you by the name on your profile.

What we do not take

No commercial rights. We will not sell your loop, print it on anything, license it to anyone else, or use it in advertising for a third party.

We would like to print some flipbooks one day. If yours is ever chosen, we will ask you first, agree it with you for that specific artwork, and tell you the share you receive before anything is printed. That is a separate agreement and is not covered by these terms. Publishing here never signs you up for it.

Taking your work down

You can remove any of your loops at any time, from its own page. When you do, it stops being shown here and the file is deleted. Copies already posted to social media may take longer to remove, and copies other people have downloaded are beyond anyone's reach. If you need help with something we have posted, write to us.

What you must not publish

Do not publish anything that:

• is not yours to publish, including other people's drawings and characters;
• is sexual, hateful, or set out to harass or frighten somebody;
• shows a real person in a way they have not agreed to;
• is designed to upset people rather than to be animation.

Everything published is looked at by a person before anyone else can see it. We can refuse or remove anything, and we can close an account that keeps breaking these rules. We will not always be able to explain why, but we will not do it for no reason.

Accounts

Drawing and downloading need no account at all. Publishing, voting and reporting need you to sign in with a Google account. You need to be 13 or older to have one, and so to publish here. If you are younger, you are very welcome to draw and to download your GIF.

You are responsible for what is published from your account.

What we promise, and what we do not

This is a free thing made for a community. We will look after it, but we cannot promise it will always be available, that nothing will ever be lost, or that it will stay free forever. Keep your own copy of anything you care about: the Download GIF button is there for exactly that.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Big Cat Animation is established. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
