The short version: you can draw here without telling us anything at all. We only learn who you are if you choose to sign in and publish. We do not track you, we do not advertise, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.

If you only draw
Nothing is collected. The drawing tool runs entirely inside your browser. Your flipbook never leaves your computer, the GIF is made on your own machine, and there is no account, no tracking and no analytics. You can use the whole tool without ever being asked who you are.
If you sign in
Signing in uses Google. From your Google account we receive and keep:

If you vote or report
A vote records which account voted on which loop, so you get one vote and can change your mind. Nobody but the site's admins can see who voted which way, including the artist. Only the total is shown.
A report records which account reported which loop, so the same person cannot report twice. Only admins can see reports. The artist is not told who reported them.
Where it is kept
On Google Firebase, in Google's European data centres. Google processes it on our behalf and under their own terms. Nobody else has access.
What your own browser keeps
These stay on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Which language and which look you chose.
- The last few custom colours you mixed.
- The name you last typed when publishing.
- Any loops you saved before there were accounts.
There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies of any kind.
Other companies involved
- Google hosts the site, stores the files, and handles signing in.
- Google Fonts serves the two rounded typefaces. Loading them tells Google your rough location and browser, as any web request does. The site still works if it is blocked.
Children
A Google account requires you to be at least 13, and so does publishing here. Drawing and downloading need no account and are open to anyone. If you believe a child under 13 has an account here, write to us and we will remove it.
Removing things
- One loop: open it and press Take it down. It stops being shown and the file is deleted.
- Everything: write to us and we will delete your account, your loops and your email address. We will do it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- A copy of your data: ask, and we will send it.
One thing kept afterwards: if a loop was removed because it broke the rules, we keep a small record of that decision so the same thing does not simply come back. It contains no drawing and no email address.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
